hi there, my toddler boy is 2years and 9months and has recently been potty trained. Today, when i took him to the loo i noticed two or three white drops came out before the main (clear) stream of wee.

i'm a bit worried. could it be an infection? he is no pain or discomfort and there are no other symptoms. i'm going to watch to see if it happens again....

I don't know the answer, but I'm very interested to know too - my DS1 who is 7 has had a similar thing on various occasions.

could be forskin infection - worth taking him to the GP to check. Also worth making sure you clean his penis at bath times.

DS2 had this & it was an infection.

The Dr gave antibiotic drops to use. It was the same ones as they use for conjuctivitis.

That was fun, trying to pin down a 2yr old & try to put drops up his willy.

I would definitely recommend seeing the GP anyway.
