Grrrrr am feeling dreadful. Started on Friday and the only way my head stops aching is to lie down. I have mild dizziness but I am coping with that ok.
Ears are blocked, but it's the headache that's so debitating.
Any words of wisdom? Need cheering up!

You poor thing. My brother had it a few years ago. Started suddenly when he was cycling how from work. He fell off and was carted off to A&E in an ambulance. They thought it was a stroke at first so scanned him but then diagnosed labyrnthitis. He was in bed for a week and a half - literally couldn't bear to be vertical. He described it as feeling like you're inside a washing machine on the spin cycle :( It gradually started to subside after about 2 weeks but he felt worse in the mornings for about a month after that. I think its different for everyone though. It sounds absolutely vile. I don't have any advice but hope you start to feel better very soon.

I mean cycling 'home' from work.

Thanks - have slept all day and feel vaguely better. Head not quite as bad, think I am going to have to ride the storm til it burns itself out! Yuk!
