random high temperatures

I keep running a high temperature on and off. Not very high, 37.5-38.2.

Just enough to make me notice it, feel a bit poorly, and check it if I get a chance.

It's been going on for a year or two, but more the last 3 months. A lot the last few days.

I feel a bit hot flushy, but not very. Bit of a sore throat, but not very, not so I'd bother to go and take something. Don't feel like I have a UTI or other infection.

I'm in quite a lot of pain from poorly resolved SPD/PGP and the stiffness it has caused in muscles in hips and legs. In particular hurt my sacro-iliac yet again the other day and am v stiff and painful. Could inflammation from that be causing it? Surely not enough inflammation?

It doesn't really respond to ipruprofen. I haven't noticed a morning-evening pattern.

I'm 33, a bit fat, 2 children, very busy.

I suppose I'm going to have to go and ask the GP about it. But is there anything in particular I should ask them to check? We've recently moved countries and I don't really know how proactive they'll be, and it feels like a bit of an ordeal to go and do this in new language etc. Hence have been trying to ignore it.

Thank you!

Aww, go on, somebody must have a glimmer? If it were Hodgkin's I'd know it by now, right? Has been going on (and off) for so long.
