Do "Steri strips" just fall off ?

DS cut his head last week and it was glued at A&E, they then put Steri strips over it a bit like this # . Just wonder if they will fall off on their own or if we need to take him to see a doctor about them?

You need to take them off eventually - the glue will fall out as the wound heals so if the midle bit of the steri strip - where the glue is/was comes loose it's time to remove them.
