Twisted organs?

Hi all,
I'm 31 and my DS is nearly 8 weeks old. For about 5 weeks after delivery I felt like I was still pregnant, feeling very strong movements around my womb area which I read online was just my organs returning to their normal places, so I wasn't too worried. This stopped a few weeks ago and all was well. This week I thought I was having my first period and had period pains and bloating but hardly any bleed at all. However, since then I've felt the movement again , but different. It feels likely organs are twisted and out of normal position, you can almost feel them through the skin (kidneys/stomach/liver). It is worse on the right hand side. It is very uncomfortable and just feels like something is very out of place - almost like when your toe is out of joint and you have to click it back into place. It doesn't hurt but feels uncomfortable and wrong, like I want to rub my tummy and ease it back into position.
Is this normal? I have fibromyalgia so it's poss connected to that. I also had a very negative pregnancy and birth experience (paranoia in pregnancy to point of severe depression and as for the birth - well, the midwives didn't believe I was in labour so hadno pain relief, was left on my own to go through labour (hubby had been sent home because it was night) and I ended up delivering my baby myself on my own. Midwives were fab and tbh I wouldn't change a thing, bizarre as it sounds, except having my hubby with me). But there's a part of me that wonders if it's phantom pregnancy symptoms because I desperately wish I could go back to it and have a different, less depressing experience.
Does anyone have any thoughts?

:( could you have tummy muscle separation? I had round ligament pain and painful ribs for many months after giving birth, it took a while to settle. Well done on delivering yourself x

You need to go to your GP and get it checked out, sounds very odd. It can take a long time for your bowels to recover from being squished for 5 months!

Thanks ladies. It seems to be better now so I wonder if it was period or fibromyalgia related. Gah, who'd be a woman! I appreciate your replies :)
