Asthma and eczema flare up on the same day, poor dd1.

she is pretty uncomfortable. is back on 4 puffs on becotide, and 4 salbutamol as well. she was coughing last night, so her system must be going haywire again.

Mine used to flare up together. They're connected. For me it was an allergy thing. Cutting out wheat and dairy helped.

Poor little thing. I know how uncomfortable these flare ups are.

my ds8 used to get really bad excema in winter but cleared up in summer, we used epaderm cream and balneum bath oil ask your gp for prescription. my ds is regularly on 4 puffs of becotide in winter and also salbutamol ask gp re serevent it is a reliever that last 12 hours so take two am two pm and will help her and you get good night sleep. keep room well ventilated not too stuffy not too cold and two pillows. hope she is better soon
