Hernia op not worked??

I have had 5 c-sections and another op all in the same area and the internal tissue had separated so i had a large hole in my abdomen (could fit 4 fingers into it) that my intestines(??) were hanging out of.

So last week i had an operation to mend my incisional hernia. But i dont think its worked When i stand up i've still got a massive lump on the front of my tummy.
I dont have a follow up up appointment.

Im not sure why i have posted this just feeling sorry for myself.

I've had an operation this week to fix my umbilical hernia which was caused by pregnancy. It is still swollen over the area where the surgery was done - could that be what is causing the lump?
