Advil concentrated drops.
Used these over Xmas whilst on holiday and brought some back with me.It's an American product but seems to work MUCH better than Neurofen even though it is Ibuprofen based.It is concentrated so only need to give 1.85ml instead of 5ml and is long acting-6-8hrs.
Only available in the US but if anyone is off there you may like to try it.
DD loves it too-makes dosing very easy.
Oh,also comes in very small bottle so great for handbags.

um, ibuprofen is ibuprofen - no matter what packaging it comes in! Time of effect is exactly the same too.

Must agree with North American concentrations though - we returned to the UK last summer and I hate the way paracetamol suspensions in particular are so dilute.

You sure of that about ibuprofen ?
Of course the molecule is the same but for many drugs there are other additives to make it more effective. As I recall caffeine helps aspirin for instance, and my (slightly old) biology tells me that should apply to ibuprofen as well.
