I've recieved a letter from nursery to say that they have a suspected case of mumps. My dc are supposed to be staying overnight with my friend who is 34 weeks pregnant while we go to a wedding on saturday.
They have both had the MMR. Should I worry? Tell her? Ignore it?

mumps only seems to be an issue in the first 12-16 weeks of pregnancy according to www.nhs.uk/chq/pages/1106.aspx?categoryid=54&subcategoryid=137.
