Hi
DS (2) was very very sick on Saturday night. His temp went to 41 degrees c and he was generally very poorly. Rang Nhs direct who said he should really go to a and e, however we left it an hour as he had gone to sleep and he had started to cool down so we didnt go.

Anyway, he has eaten practically nothing for two days but seemed ok in himself but tonight has started to be sick again. I am a bit worried as I would have thought he'd be getting over this by now. I'm not sure if it might have been food poisoning as he'd had an ice cream on Saturday morning or a bug.
Temp seems ok at moment. Stomach upset.

Has anyone else had a bug where they've stopped being sick for about 36 hours and then started again? I'm thinking drs tomorrow if no better.

I would definitely go to the doctors at this age the vomiting could be from an infection rather than a stomach bug and he can't tell you properly what his other symptoms are.
My 21 month DD was sick a few weeks ago and then was better before getting poorly again and it was caused by tonsillitis.
