ever since i had my 3rd (and last) child i have had uncontrollable really smelly wind.
ive put up with it for the last 4 years cos ive been mainly at home. no joy at docs.
am thinking about an elimination diet to see if i can find major food causes, as sometimes bread, dairy and onions i think make it worse.

anyone got any experience or advice?

No advice, except I have the same experience Blush

I have IBS-c and no matter what I've tried it doesn't make any difference. Find myself having to go to the ladies or outside when at work, when it gets to 'breaking' point!

Shameless bump for some answers!!!!!

Have you tried taking Charcoal tablets? They are supposed to help.

Onions and other foods are well known for creating wind!

if you have any other symptoms then it might be worth seeing a dietitian who specialises in IBS as wind ( along with pain) can be a sign of IBS which is often linked to dfood intolerances.

Try magnesium supplements. Just the normal ones you get in the supermarket etc.

Not that I've ever had this every month when I get pmt
