Ectopic pg symptoms?

Hi, been experiencing really bad stomach pains all day, started with tenderness around tummy button and bloating/cramping, was severe enough to cause me to stop and catch my breath a few times, I even had to lie down on the floor at one point (and I have a high pain threshold in general). I thought it was some kind of digestive type thing and have taken buscopan, and later gaviscon, with no change. It's now settled to a sort of continuous ache with a more intense point of pain on the low right hand side. It's painful still but I can sort of manage. I have a mirena, I know it's still in. Is it worth doing a pg test do you think? Period is due and I do have sore boobs. Don't want to rush off to the docs with what might just be trapped wind but it is bloody painful!

Take a test. I have the mirena and am pregnant, awaiting scan on Wednesday. Either way I would call nhs24 for advice.

Hope you get it sorted

In all honesty I don't see how it can be as we have only had sex once this month and it was too recently for it to have resulted in a pg - wondering if it's really bad ovulation pain? If still painful in the morning will go to docs. No shoulder pain or anything.

Well, after a very painful night no more pain today, just a slightly tender feeling. Hopefully that's it, perhaps I did just need an enormous fart!
