seriously no pmt, no periods, heaven!

No pill for me (TTC)

I spent most of yesterday bursting into tears for no reason and today I feel . It has dawned on me today why.

What is cezarrette?

I don't know if I can have it as I need tranexamic acid tablets.

I went to my GP I was so psychotic bad and also ttc - he suggested a magnesium supplement for the first two weeks of my cycle. I am significantly better, DH was hugely relieved

I went on anti depressants for my pmt! Wish I hadn't now though. They worked but are hard to come off.

I'm trying evening primrose and vitamin B6 to try and combat hormone fluctuations. Saw a woman on Embarressing Bodies who had great success with it.
