So asthma attack wed after being around paint, in hosp wed night. Out Thur although still breathless on exersion/cough at night etc. Yesterday still not quite right and today feeling bit better, not 100% but ok.
Went to hosp to see expats dd, walked from car park to hosp and managed that fine - where was 2 days before if I got up to loo I was wheezey! So that good.
Popped in to next home shop to get new bed sheets, and had to leave - the perfumes in there made my chest really tight and coughing and breathless.
At home now on my sofa. Blaaaa.
