Any ideas what I can use to relieve a bite?

I was bitten on the upper arm at work today (human bite), it was a good and proper clamped on bite that took the help of another person to free me from, skin is unbroken luckily I was wearing a sweater dress and a cardigan but I now have a very sore bicep and a large bruise. I have used ice but every time I bend my arm it bloomin' hurts. Any ideas what may relieve it would be gratefully received.

Sorry to hear that you've been bitten at work! Try Arnica gel or cream, but only to be used on unbroken skin.
