Poor circulation?

I have a delightful combination of rosacea and raynauds, which means I get spotty red patches on my face when I'm stressed and a bright red rudolph-like nose when I'm cold, hot, have eaten a hot meal, etc, ie most of the time. I have lived with the nose thing for most of my life and the comments and laughter that goes with it, but for some reason now it's really beginning to get me down (probably because I'm looking for a new job and know I'll have to go through it all again). I've seen the doctor about the rosacea, but I'm looking for things to help my poor circulation and try to improve the cold hands/feet and red nose. I'm taking gingko drops, I drink nettle tea, lemon and ginger and that kind of thing. I recently saw that vitamin b3 is meant to help circulation and improve skin redness, but can't find any info on how to find/take this (cream? tablets?). Any thoughts or tips on circulation boosters would be gratefully received!
