Sore elbow and injuring myself really easily

I have hypermobility and am prone to injuring myself very easily. Including just doing everyday stuff Sad

I have now injured my left elbow - I think it's tennis elbow. I have been applying a support and ibuprofen gel. Trying not to use it.

Has this happened to anyone else here and do you have problems with random injuries? How do you cope? I'm getting so fed up. My arms hurt when I'm wringing the water out of my facecloth each day Sad

I am also very weak and seem to have little muscle strength. I've had this all my life really.

Hi I have Hypermobility with the Syndrome, I'm a bit more buggered these days than I used to be but back in the day when it was just a bloody nusiance heat, rest (but not imobilisation if you can help it, that will just weaken you further - it's a balance thing), anti-inflamatory, splinting and if it's really bad pain killer. Also if it's getting worse than in the past or interfering with what you expect to be abel to do get thee to a Dr. You probably just need some phisio though maybe a referal to a rhumatologist depending on how much it's effecting you.

Warm baths can be a saviour as can your hot water bottle
