Flushed face

I've been like this for about 24 hrs now. I don't really feel well, but I don't know how to explain it. I'm not in any pain or discomfort, I just feel restless and unwell. My face feels hot and flushed, and I'm slightly flushed looking under the eyes.

I usually start suffering from tree pollen hayfever around this time of year, so yesterday, after sneezing and feeling itchy, I took a tablet. This morning too. Could it be this? It's the same drug as I take every year (not the piriton one, that makes me really drowsy).

What's up with me? My blood pressure is usually low to normal, but this sensation feels like my pressure is up. That's the only way to describe it.

Little, I am having this too, I don't think I get hayfever though normally.

I just feel sort of achey and feverish and flushed. But I don't have a fever.

It's really weird.

Just nurofen yesterday when I had a slight temp. But nothing since.

The only other thing I can think of is, well, two things...dehydration, and caffeine...too much caffeine makes me hot/cold and a bit stressed.

You've not been overdoing it on the coffee? Smile

Nah, tend to avoid the stuff.

Perhaps we're coming down with something?
