Cramp in breast

I am going to make a doctors appointment on Tuesday but was just wondering if anyone had experience of it before.

Basically i have had like a strange cramping feeling on and off in my right breast since Friday. It also feels slightly larger then the left. I've got 3dcs an never had it before I also have implants but they feel intacted.

Anyone? Keep me away from dr google.

This might sound stupid, but do you suffer from indigestion. Just, i thought i was getting cramps in my right breast. Turned out it was shooting pains from heartburn. Then again, your breast feels different, it probably isn't that

Do you know what, I have had a few bouts of Indigestion in the last few days and I don't really suffer with it normally (only had it at end of pregnancy) so you may be right.
