Anyone know much about this or tried anything with success? I have been feeling depressed for quite a while but wary of AD's - would like to
try some kind of alternative but what? Thanks in advance

I'd be interested in this too CS.

I think I know a website.. hang on, I'll get back to you.

rhodiola (Solgar and quest do it)

fish oil (especially a good brand like eskimo or higher nature)

a really good multivitamin can sometimes help

DLPA

There are lots of other options, ask in your local health shop. You will usually get better, more honest advice in an independant health shop than a big multi-national like holland and barrett, or chemist(who dont tend to have studied much about herbal remedies)

I own a health shop and my advice would be to try rhodiola and fish oil first. and like I mentioned a good quality brand will give much better results. i would go with solgar or quest or higher nature to name but a few.

hope that helps
