how to interpret kidney function blood test results?

I have low creatinine 51 umol/L (range 59-104) and high estimated GFR 180 mL/min (min range 70-130).

Can anyone help to interpret these for me?

What was the reason for having the blood test? eGFR is calculated taking into account your age, gender and race.

just a check due to previous malabsorption issues

Low creatinine and high GFR is good, means your kidneys are working properly.

Very high GFR could indicate that kidney's working over-time. Can't diagnose on basis of blood test alone but if your doctor is worried about other problems he/she would probably want you to have an ultrasound of your kidneys.

thank you :)
I had ultrasound before due to blood in urine, but there is no more blood so I think I am OK.
