Checking latex allergy?

I have a funny reaction to latex condoms and gloves and would like to find out if I am allergic to latex but have no idea how. How do I do this?

(I'd like to know as I would like to join the Nolan register).

That's exactly what I'm trying to avoid. I don't want to have a huge reaction finding or myself. I didn't know if a doc would take me seriously but want to know, never thought of telling hospital staff when I've been in.

Will ask the doc when I see them next, thanks!
