Snuffle babe vapour rub-suitable for 3 month old?

I have two very bunged up little babies, and have got Snuffle babe vapour rub. Though I'm sure it is fine for use on my eldest(18 months), I can't find anything on the container with an age suitable for use.
Anyone know whether it's suitable for my 3 month old?

Don't know about that particular brand, but we use BabyBalsam - Vicks for babies, which I am sure is suitable from 3mnths. It says on the side of the container.

olbus oil is amazing stuff. i use it myself.

Just checked my Snuffle Babe - the box says don't use under 3 months without medical advice, so should be OK for a 3 month old.
