sudden low blood pressure

i just had a weird type of funny turn, i was lying down in bed and became hot and lightheaded and shaky and thought i was going to faint, it lasted about 10 minutes and i when i recovered enough i reached for my BP monitor and the reading was 75/39 my usual blood pressure is approx 100/60. Is this anything to worry about? I just thought it was weird as i was lying down at time, how can you almost faint when lying down? could it be all hormones, i am pg.

Are you heavily pregnant? could be the baby squashing all your organs, I used to get it at every scan with dts, my hearing and sight would start to get fuzzy.

im 20 weeks, but maybe its my body getting used to the weight or something.
