For the last couple of months I have had a dull ache on my right hand side in the middle of my abdomen. I don't think it is menstrual related, different type of pain and slightly higher and more to the centre of my abdomen. It also doesn't appear to be related to any change in bowel habits. It is a similar discomfort to the type of tummy ache you have as a child. It is accompanied by mild lower back pains.
Has anyone experienced something similar? I'm convincing myself it's ovarian cancer.
