broken leg/ankle

I broke my leg & ankle a year ago. I am back at work & have just got an automatic. I've been told I'll not walk normally again. Now its been a year, do I have to register as disabled or is this a myth?

I'm not sure you can "register disabled" any more, only register deaf/blind, or be in receipt of DLA.

You might qualify for a blue badge, though, depends how far you can walk. Contact your local CAB office. Hth
