Is it safe/useful to give Vitamin C to 18m old...

You can get vitamin tonics for young children (Minidex?) but think most vitamins are for older kids than yours. Could you ask a pharmacist what they would recommend.

You could always give them fruit or fruit juice instead. Cheaper and just as effective (if not more so since some supplements aren't actually very digestible).

I do give him juices and fruits so you're right, that should be enough. He has been ill very often recently so I just thought I was going to boost the little man's body and bought some Vit C but I have the feeling I won't use it... The girl was a good saleswoman. Wast of money, fruits are less expensive.
