How much roughly to remove lump privately?

I have what 'they' think is a lypoma on my back but to have it removed i would have to have it done privately... any ideas roughly how much this would be?

I wouldn't mind so much but its pretty big and the more weight i lose the more it sticks out :(

I have no idea of cost but phone around local GPs, some specialise in minor surgery and would do it under the NHS.

Mine said it would need to be done privately as its considered cosmetic, but thanks I might do that.
