Think your looking for pro biotics, bio cultures etc

Its acidophilus. It is fine to take with the pill, but you'd better be careful of the antibiotics and the pill, because most reduce effectiveness of the pill, so you'll need a backup method of b/c(just in case dr. didn't mention that to you)

That's definitely one method of birth control .

Just in case it wasn't in the leaflet, it is reccomemended to use another method of b/c for a week after you stop taking the antibiotics, since it will take awhile for them to leave your system.

Sorry for all the preaching. I just used to work in a pharmacy, and have heard quite a few stories of unplanned babies due to lack of info given out by health professionals.
