Oh Bugger - after moaning that my DH is a moaning PITA hes now in hospita!! ....sigh....

I was complaining earlier that my dh was being pathetic and whining about his sore eye - which I poked last night accidently!!

He was making me make him little patches for it and moaning and complaining, and huffing, and sighing and generally being a nusience about it...

I told him to get it checked!

But he sais he'd see how it went... and its got worse - Its red, swollen, leaky and he cant see properly or bare the light.

Im sure his eye will be fine - but im never going to hear the end of it

signed... The unsympathic wife!

(PS - im not totally heartless, I am concerned!)

All this cause I poked him in the eye! Well it was dark....

Bless him, hes playing the part of the wounded soldier very well!!

It's just one of those things, but I'm afraid you're going to be feeling guilty for a bit. Assuage your guilt by buying him his favourite food tomorrow (even if he's still in hospital - food is famously bad after all)

I'm assuming he's he been admitted. For obs or treatment?

He has scratched his eye ball quite badly (or should I say I did! opps)

He has so ointment stuff that stings like hell when you put in it and cant drive - since he works 60 odd miles away he wont be going to work tonight!

And he was right he does need a patch! Opps he is in loads of pain!!!

And there was me moaning about him
