Dizzy spells and head rushes..

So I am fairly certain these are are due to being exhusted. Ds 6 months wakes a min of 3 times per night and anything up to hourly and have a 4 yr old so can't sleep in tge day.

Is there anything tgat will make them stop?

Dizzy spells can also be caused by iron defiency aneamia as well, so maybe best to go doctors to get checked out anyway. And if they find that you are lacking in iron they can prescribe iron tablets which will soon have you feeling better or it could be b12 or folate deficency anaemia. Which is laso found through a blood test and b12 is treated with injections and folate is with tablets. Its worth a thought.

i bet its tiredness too. Are you eating at regular intervals? that could help, maybe cut out caffeine (as mental as that sounds).
