I thought ds had finished teething but now is showing all signs but can't feel or see anything coming through. Thinking it must be another molar, not sure how may they get? Also he has yellow nasty poo has anyone experienced yellow poo?

Cake mix poo is malabsorption of fat - has he had anti antibiotics recently? They have 2 molars at the back (or can) at this age.

no , no antibiotics in his life, have done a strong dose of homeopathy recently. Thanks for the info, hopefully it's because of the teething, he's been totally off his food and really clingy/wingy, poor lad, guess I just keep an eye on things and see how it goes.

Probiotics and flax seed oil to help his gut would be useful then.

will bare that in mind thanks
