...anyone had it and can tell me how long it lasted? Hit my head two weeks ago and still feeling rubbish. I'm grabbing at straws I realise, just finding it a bit tough.

Aha! Thanks Fanjo...it helps to know someone else has had it...feels like I'm going a bit mad. Seems harsh after a relatively minor bump on the back of the head (fell flat on my back stepping off a train and hurled the pushchair across the platform...felt a right arse). Was it continuous or was it worse at certain times?

Just quite bad for a while then got gradually easier, like having a virus for 6 weeks...the acute phase where I was putting DDs bib on DH etc subsided quickly, you should be over worst soon.

I walked into scaffolding pushing DD in her buggy at high speed, also felt a real arse
