It's possible. It would be a good idea to go and have a chat with your GP, just tell him/her how you've been feeling. Smile

What age you? Feeling very similar and driving me crazy.Have been to GP as also get v tired and found out I've got really low ferritin /iron levels so awaiting tests and doing things to sort that.I'm in early 50's so guessing it's peri-menopausal but it's like being on a roller-coaster and frankly quite exhausting.Feeling lower than low this week but last 2/3 weeks apart from physical tiredness calm and happy.I hate it!

Pop and see your GP. Smile Do you have members of your family who are bi-polar?

Could it be your contraceptive? My DD was on pill that really didn't suit and she had sudden weird headaches and felt nauseated and was very moody.Changed to the Mirena coil and a different person.GP said she had migrainous traits and should avoid oral contraception. At least I don't have that to cope with.Baby days over and been sterilised! However coil not for everyone.Who'd be a woman?Probably best to go to GP.Best of luck.

Not on contraception atm, looking into getting the coil though. thanks :)
