Nausea and antibiotics

My mum has been suffering from constant nause(sickness) following several courses of antibiotics for an arm infection. The antibiotics stopped a few weeks ago but the nausea just won't stop despite two different anti sickness tablets. Has anyone had a similar experience or can suggest anything that might help?

Has she tried taking a probiotic like yakult ot actimel?

No but have same issue with anti bios for wound infection here do await advice With interest

Antibiotics can eradicate the (good) bacteria that normally live in your digestive tract. Some people find that a probiotic drink or live yogurt taken for a few days can help.
