Boobs leaking colostrum and not pg!

Have no idea what's going on, my boobs are leaking colostrum (I.e. Yellow) and I am not of as i have coil in situ and am having af as we speak...

Not sure if it's significant but I am having investigations for mid cycle pelvic pain, have had pelvic us which showed nothing abnormal apart from some free fluid that may be endometriosis so I have gynae referral in April.

Since I last saw gp I have also noticed that I am getting spotting and pink discharge mid cycle.

Should I go back to gp and mention leaky boobs/pink discharge or should I just wait for my gynae apt? I imagine they're sick if the sight if me tbh and I don't want to look like a hypochondriac! It's both boobs but one more than the other.

I meant to say I can't be pregnant as I am having af!!!

back to the GP with you!! could take a while for your gynae appointment to come through, and might be worth some extra blood tests. Good luck!

My friend had this and it turned out to be mastitis, not colostrum, and was treated with antibiotics. It may be related to the other probs you are having, but worth a look by GP.

Ta! I should mention that I did breast feed dd but I stopped before Xmas. There was a bit of residual White milk, but that stopped ages ago but this is yellow and reminds me if colostrum! It is from both boobs though. Sorry about drip feed!
