Hi

I have these, 12hours on 12 hours off, but they don't numb the area after the 12 hours and are bloody excruciatingly painful to remove. I wear two at a time to cover the area of my arm from just above my elbow to my wrist. They promised me if I could manage to get them on they wouldn't hurt to take off :(

Anyone had them and have any advice please?

i had them and they did numb the area so it didnt matter on the taking off. have you tried having a bath or soaking the area?
