Ouch my bottom hurts (piles again)

Is there actually a cure for piles, or do you just treat them, they recede and eventually recur?

I am going insane today!

I need to go to the doctor don't I?

yep you do.

The only "cure" I know of is surgery. Your Doctor should give you some options if you get them alot. Good Luck
