Posted elsewhere with no replies but could really use some advise.
Both breasts are sore and swollen and each tender in the same places; I clearly have nothing major to worry about but I could really use some help.
I've been on HRT for 6 years so I think it's connected to the menopause but the GP has no idea what is causing this and just suggested Oil of Evening Primrose.
Any ideas why?
