Epilepsy - how to tell a 3 / 4-year old

My friends eldest ds has just been confirmed as suffering from epilepsy. If he has another attack he has to start taking drugs to control it.
Friends ds will be 4 next month so the question is how do you explain it to him. Ideally in a way so that he won't feel the need to tell all his classmates which could lead to lots of teasing.
Thanks for any advice.
