Help - went away this weekend and forgot my pills - do you know...

Hello there

Went away on friday and forgot my pills, so i haven't taken one since friday am, what do i do, carry on not taking them and wait for my period and then start taking them when it starts? I;m taking the kind of pill where you have 3 weeks taking them, one week off.

how many days into packet are you? I would carry on taking them as normal, take an extra one to represent the missed ones, if you are in your last seven days, don't take a break but go straight on to next packet but check your Pill leaflet! Also use condoms for next 7 days afer you restart pill.

btw I assume that all your pills are the same dose.

not sure how many days, will check when home, think my period might have started though, maybe i should just start a new pack?

check the leaflet in the packet - IIRC advice used to be to continue taking them but leaflet wil advise. Oh, and use extra contraception in the meanwhile.
