I need something for water retention??

I think I am retaining water, my mum gave me some water retention tablets but after looking them up I found out they can be damaging for you.

Is there anything natural that I can take that will help with water retention? Or anything from the herbal shops?

I'm trying to loose weight at the moment and I think the fact that I am retaining water is stopping my weight loss.

I'm looking for something like this too. My ankles are so full of fluid by the evening time that they have their own muffin tops hanging over my socks Shock

Nettle tea, dandelion tea.
Lots of herbal tea around.

Do you drink enough water? Your body will retain water if you are not drinking enough.

It's a body massage oil.

Very true though - definitely try drinking enough water first.
The cheapest and best.

I drink a lot of water and sugar free diluted juice, so I don't think it's that!

You should see your GP and they will prescribe something for you after checking the reason it is happening in the first place!
