Vitamin advice please

OK I have a pretty healthy diet but I think I should perhaps think about some daily vitamins too.

I'm 45, have very stiff joints, particularly in my hips and knees. My skin is rubbish though I look after it and drink plenty of water. I have no idea about vitamins it seems a bit of a minefield so thought I'd ask if there are any experts on here?

Stiff joints and bad skin sounds more like a lack of healthy fats (omega 3,6,9).

You could try taking cod liver oil tablets, but I would really suggest that you look at your diet and try to eat more oily fish, olive oil (and other oils such as grapeseed, walnut/hazelnut, linseed etc.) and avocados. You can also try to get hold of flax seeds and wheatgerm flakes from a healthfood shop.

Try to get more (gentle) excercise, too. This will improve your circulation (and complexion) as well as strengthen your hips and knees.
