Natzer - tablets haven't been effective in the past

I didn't know either. I was buying a pessary and the girl in our local Boots said "I can write you a prescribtion for that and you get it free". She then gave me the combi pack worth £13

But will note that down for future serves me right for having hot soapy baths !

Stay away from sugar, refined carbs, cheese, vingar and mushrooms. It'll clear up.
