my head feels funny

I know I should go to the GP about this but I'm scared.

I don't know how to explain this really because it's not really headaches or dizziness I've been having, more like pressure in my head that sometimes make me feel as if my head might drop off.

It only really happens in the evenings, although it's been happening earlier in the day recently. At 1st I thought it was just extreme tiredness but I don't know.

Today I've woken up and I feel hot and dizzy, I have a headache that seems to go down to my nose and I have the heavy head feeling.

I'm worried it might be a tumor :(. Anyone experience similar?

Sounds like it could be a sinus infection. Get yourself off to the GP and stop panicking.

Thanks for replying. Sinus infection makes sense but I've been having the heavy head feeling for months.

I've booked an appointment for Monday but I'm worried I'm not going to be able to explain it properly and the Dr will think I'm bonkers.

My head feels as though is't full of rock? Your GP will understand.
