Rash on face with D&V

Have come down with a bout of D&V tonight and while staggering the bathroom noticed a rash on my face - little red spots almost like burst blood vessels. I've also had a nosebleed every time I've thrown up so am wondering if it's pressure related.

Have phoned nhs direct (as they don't disappear under a glass) and am waiting for a call back but just wondered if anyone else had had similar?

I suffered terrible morning sickness with dd and had purple/red spots and like you say burst vessels on my face.
My doctor said it was caused by vomitting but normally seen in strangulation cases!!

Thanks for that. Saw GP this afternoon and he explained how it can be caused by vomiting. Didn't mention strangulation though ;-)
