Probably daft question about toe nails but reassurance appreciated!

I know this is probably a very daft question but I'd be grateful for any advice even if it's just to tell me to stop being so silly. I took the nail varnish off my toes this morning and haven't repainted them yet. Since I always have varnish on them I'm used to them being an orangey colour underneath and gather this is due to the dyes in nail varnish. But I've got a greeny/bluey patch on each large toe nail now, which I've never seen before. It isn't all over the nail, just on a bit on each big nail. It doesn't hurt and looks a bit like a bruise but can't be since I haven't banged them or anything. Should I be worried? I had purple nail varnish on earlier btw. I'm hoping someone is going to say there isn't anything that could be wrong which manifests itself as green bits on 2 toenails but I am neurotic atm especially as it's my due date today. TIA!

I find I do get odd coloured bits on my toe nails from the coloured varnish, especially if it was a dark colour like navy blue, so my guess is that it is probably just that, but I'm not a medical bod. Could be you need to hold off on the varnish for a couple of weeks and let them breathe??
