Hi,
Over the past year I've put on a couple of stone, I've not been able to go to gym (various reasons) and also been working from home (struggling to startup home business) ..
I eat well for 2-3 weeks of the month and lose 7-8lb's but then... The week before my period is due, I turn into a carbohydrate locust, I get huge cravings which I try so hard to suppress, but they always get the better of me no matter how hard I try, and then all my good hard work is ruined and I have to start again after period..
Luckily I can go back to gym within next couple of weeks which I'm hoping will help, but..
Has anyone tried using a mild appetite suppressant like 'adios' or something? I'm getting desperate not to fall off the wagon again :/
thanks :)

I tried adois max for a few months about a year ago, just found it made me really hungry, but i think that was good for me, cos I was eating small portions regularly and digesting it properly, rather than my normal never ever feeling hungry just eat anyway.

I think the only thing to do is try it and see, it must give different results for everyone.
