Really sore boobs...and I mean really sore, achey. Usually only get them just before period...pd only 2 weeks ago and not due for 10 days or so. Am 42, dh had a vasectomy 7 yrs ago but the soreness does remind me of pregnancy. Could this be perimenopause? I have put on half a stone over the last 6 months which I cannot shift without severe dieting. I'm tall and slim and have chosen to be that way for yrs but even I can't shift this extra stuff! Thoughts oh wise ladies..?

It could well be perimenopause. But tbh, in that situation, I'd POAS just to be sure
