I am feeling a bit worried as my breasts are leaking what appears to be milk. I extended breastfed both my ds's and last breast fed about 2 years ago.
Last week and this week I have noticed a wet patch on my pyjama top and I am 99.9% sure that I am suddenly leaking milk.
I am definitely not pregnant. I am 44 and my periods have suddenly become regular and heavier with some clotting. I am assuming that this leaking of milk is another sign that I am menopausal.
Please, has anybody else experienced this? Just need to work out if this is a normal sign of the menopause or if it might be something sinister.
